Position: Service engineer ( based in Hochiminh)

Job description
-    Handling case# assigned from Team Leader
-    Update case# status to Team Leader
-    Deliver IT services such as implementation, maintenance.
-    Perform post-sales activity and technical support for the customer
-    Other duties required by manager.
-    Report to Team Leader.

Requirements
-    Male prefered, from 23 to 30 years of age
-    Education: College graduate or higher in IT fields
-    1-year experience in IT industry.
-    Team spirit, able to work independently & work overtime with flexibility, hard - working, friendly and active.
-    Good written and communication skills.
-    Written and spoken English.
-    Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wireless, and common networking protocols
-    Knowledge of Microsoft Products
-    Product/vendor certificates will be an advantage: CCNA, MCSA, JNCIA,…
